1. About LowFareMatchLowFareMatch is a flight search and travel-provider comparison platform.
Our Service is designed to help users search for travel and discover participating airlines, online travel agencies, travel websites, and other third-party travel providers (“Travel Providers”).
Depending on the search experience, LowFareMatch may display Travel Providers relevant to the information you provide. Selecting View, Continue, View Deal, or a similar link may redirect you to the selected Travel Provider's website or booking environment.
LowFareMatch is not an airline.LowFareMatch does not operate aircraft or provide air transportation.
For third-party offers accessed through the Service, LowFareMatch does not itself complete the reservation, collect the booking payment, or issue the airline ticket.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, LowFareMatch acts as a search and comparison platform and not as the seller or provider of the travel service ultimately purchased from a third party.
2. Your Relationship With Travel ProvidersWhen you select a Travel Provider through LowFareMatch and leave our Service, you are accessing an independent third-party website or service.
If you subsequently make a reservation, your booking relationship is with the Travel Provider with whom you complete the transaction.
That Travel Provider, and where applicable the airline or other travel supplier, is responsible for matters including:
Your use of a Travel Provider's website and any reservation you make with that provider are subject to that provider's own terms, privacy policy, fare rules, and other applicable conditions.
LowFareMatch is not a party to a booking contract entered into directly between you and an independent Travel Provider.
3. Search ResultsLowFareMatch attempts to provide a useful comparison experience, but we do not represent that our Service searches or displays every airline, Travel Provider, flight, fare, or travel option available in the market.
Results can vary according to factors such as:

4. Provider Placement and RankingThe position of a Travel Provider on LowFareMatch does not necessarily mean that the provider offers the cheapest fare, best itinerary, or best service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, providers are not necessarily displayed from lowest price to highest price.
Provider selection and placement may take into account factors such as relevance, market availability, technical connectivity, historical interaction, provider performance, commercial relationships, advertising arrangements, and other business or operational considerations.
LowFareMatch may receive compensation from certain Travel Providers.
Commercial relationships may influence whether or where a provider appears.
Sponsored or promotional placements may be identified where required or appropriate.

5. Prices and AvailabilityAirfare is dynamic and can change rapidly.
Prices, schedules, availability, and other travel information may originate from Travel Providers or other third-party data sources.
A fare or travel option displayed or referenced through LowFareMatch may change or become unavailable before you reach the Travel Provider or complete a reservation.
LowFareMatch does not guarantee that:
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the final price and booking information presented by the Travel Provider.
This should include, where applicable:
Fare + taxes + mandatory fees + baggage + itinerary + airports + passenger information + fare restrictions + change/cancellation conditions + optional services
If a provider's price or conditions are not acceptable to you, you are not required to complete the transaction.
6. “From” Prices and Recently Found FaresLowFareMatch may display prices using terms such as “from,” “starting at,” “recently found,” or similar descriptions.
Such prices may relate to specific travel dates, routes, passenger configurations, providers, or searches and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the same fare is currently available for every traveler or date.
Run a current search and verify the final price with the selected Travel Provider before purchasing.
7. Redirects to Third-Party WebsitesLowFareMatch contains links to websites and services operated by third parties.
When you select an outbound link, you may leave LowFareMatch.
Third-party websites are not controlled by LowFareMatch merely because they appear in our comparison results or are linked from our Service.
LowFareMatch is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, pricing, products, or services of independent third-party websites.
You should review the identity, URL, terms, privacy practices, and final transaction details of the Travel Provider before making a purchase.
8. Booking and PaymentFor third-party bookings completed after leaving LowFareMatch, payment is made to or processed on behalf of the Travel Provider responsible for the transaction.
LowFareMatch does not collect the booking payment for such transactions.
If you have questions concerning a charge associated with a booking, contact the company identified on your booking confirmation and payment record.
Never send LowFareMatch your complete payment-card number, CVV/security code, online banking password, one-time password, or similar sensitive payment credentials by email.
9. Existing ReservationsLowFareMatch generally cannot access or modify reservations made with independent Travel Providers.
If you have already booked, contact the Travel Provider responsible for your reservation regarding:
Ticketing • Changes • Cancellations • Refunds • Baggage • Seats • Check-in • Schedule changes • Payment issues
Our support team may, where sufficient information is available, attempt to help identify a Travel Provider you selected through LowFareMatch, but we do not guarantee that we can identify or retrieve information concerning a third-party booking.

10. Changes, Cancellations and RefundsAny right to change, cancel, refund, rebook, or obtain travel credit for a reservation made with a Travel Provider is governed by the applicable provider terms, airline fare rules, supplier policies, and applicable law.
LowFareMatch does not determine whether a third-party booking is refundable.
Where an independent Travel Provider collected your payment, LowFareMatch generally cannot authorize or process a refund of that payment.
11. Travel RequirementsYou are responsible for ensuring that you satisfy all requirements applicable to your journey.

Automated Access and ScrapingUnless expressly authorized by LowFareMatch in writing, you may not use bots, spiders, crawlers, scraping tools, automated agents, or similar technologies to systematically access, copy, extract, monitor, or reproduce LowFareMatch search results, pricing information, provider information, databases, content, or other portions of the Service.
Search engines may access publicly available portions of the Service in accordance with applicable technical instructions and permissions.

Intellectual PropertyExcept for third-party materials, the LowFareMatch website and its proprietary content, software, design, layout, databases, text, graphics, features, and branding are owned by or licensed to R.A.N Technotonics Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
LowFareMatch, its logo, and related branding may constitute trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary identifiers.
No right or license is granted except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
15. Third-Party TrademarksAirline names, Travel Provider names, logos, trademarks, service marks, airport names, and other third-party identifiers appearing through LowFareMatch belong to their respective owners.
They may be displayed for identification, informational, comparison, or navigational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the appearance of a third-party name or trademark does not mean that the third party owns, operates, sponsors, or endorses LowFareMatch.
Likewise, LowFareMatch does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.
16. Commercial and Affiliate RelationshipsLowFareMatch may earn revenue through commercial arrangements with Travel Providers, affiliate networks, advertisers, technology partners, and other businesses.
We may receive compensation when users:

17. Advertising and Sponsored ContentLowFareMatch may contain advertising, sponsored placements, promotional content, or commercial links.

The presence of advertising does not mean that LowFareMatch guarantees the advertiser's products or services.
18. Accuracy of InformationWe aim to provide useful and reasonably current information, but travel information is particularly susceptible to rapid changes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LowFareMatch does not warrant that all information displayed through the Service will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

22. Consumer RightsThese Terms are not intended to eliminate any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
If applicable law grants you rights that cannot be waived or restricted by contract, those rights continue to apply regardless of anything in these Terms.

31. Entire AgreementThese Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular LowFareMatch feature, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service.
They do not govern the separate contract between you and a Travel Provider when you make a reservation with that provider.
32. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms and your use of LowFareMatch are governed by the laws applicable to R.A.N Technotonics Private Limited in India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply to you in your place of residence.
Subject to mandatory applicable law, disputes concerning these Terms or the operation of LowFareMatch will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of R.A.N Technotonics Private Limited in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable law requires otherwise.
