This Booking Disclaimer explains the role of LowFareMatch.com in your flight search and what happens when you choose a travel provider and proceed to make a reservation.

1. LowFareMatch Is a Flight Comparison PlatformLowFareMatch is a flight search and travel-provider comparison platform.
Our role is to help travelers search for travel and discover participating airlines, online travel agencies, travel websites, and other travel providers (“Travel Providers”).
Depending on your search, LowFareMatch may present one or more Travel Providers that may have flight options relevant to your journey.
You can choose a provider by selecting View, Continue, View Deal, or another applicable outbound option.
You may then be redirected to the selected Travel Provider's website or booking environment.
The process can be summarized as:Search on LowFareMatch → Compare Travel Providers → Choose a Provider → Leave LowFareMatch → Review Available Flights → Book With the Provider
2. LowFareMatch Is Not an AirlineLowFareMatch does not operate aircraft and does not provide air transportation.
References to airlines, flight numbers, routes, airports, schedules, or airline brands are provided for search, comparison, identification, informational, or navigational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displaying an airline or Travel Provider does not mean that the airline or provider owns, operates, sponsors, or endorses LowFareMatch.
3. LowFareMatch Does Not Complete Third-Party BookingsFor third-party offers accessed through our comparison service:
LowFareMatch does not complete your flight reservation.
LowFareMatch does not collect your booking payment.
LowFareMatch does not issue your airline ticket.
When you choose a Travel Provider and complete a purchase on that provider's website, the transaction is completed with the selected provider.
The identity of the company accepting your reservation and payment should be verified before you complete your purchase.
4. Your Booking Contract Is With the Selected ProviderIf you complete a reservation with an independent Travel Provider after leaving LowFareMatch, your booking contract is generally between you and that Travel Provider and/or the applicable travel supplier, according to the terms presented during booking.
LowFareMatch is not a party to that third-party booking contract merely because you discovered the provider through our comparison service.

5. Verify the Provider Before PayingBefore entering payment information, make sure you understand which company you are booking with.

6. Verify Your Flight Before BookingBefore completing payment, carefully review your itinerary.

Check that the correct cities and airports have been selected.
Travel Dates
Confirm both departure and return dates where applicable.
Departure and Arrival Times
Pay attention to AM/PM, local times, overnight journeys, and date changes.
Airports
Some cities have multiple airports.
Airline
Check the marketing and operating carrier where applicable.
Connections
Review the number and duration of stops.
Cabin Class
Confirm that the selected cabin is what you intend to purchase.
Baggage
Check what is and is not included.
Fare Conditions
Review change, cancellation, refund, and no-show rules.
Final Price
Verify the total payable amount and currency.
Do not complete the purchase if the itinerary or price does not match what you intend to buy.
7. Prices Can Change Before BookingAirfares are dynamic.
A fare identified during a LowFareMatch search may change or become unavailable before you reach the provider or complete payment.
A price difference may occur because of:

The final price displayed by the Travel Provider before purchase should be verified before you complete the transaction.

8. LowFareMatch Does Not Guarantee the Lowest FareLowFareMatch does not necessarily search every airline, travel agency, booking website, or airfare available in the market.
A provider appearing on LowFareMatch does not mean that it offers the lowest fare available anywhere.
Similarly, a provider appearing first or more prominently does not necessarily mean it is the cheapest or best provider.

9. Booking ConfirmationAfter completing a reservation with a Travel Provider, the provider should normally supply the applicable confirmation information.

10. If You Do Not Receive a ConfirmationIf you complete payment but do not receive a confirmation, first check your:

If a payment appears to have been processed, avoid immediately making another reservation without checking the status of the first transaction, as doing so could result in duplicate bookings.
11. Changes to Your BookingIf you need to change an existing reservation, contact the Travel Provider or airline responsible for the booking.

12. CancellationsCancellation eligibility depends on the fare purchased, airline rules, provider terms, circumstances, and applicable law.

LowFareMatch cannot authorize or issue a refund of money collected by an independent provider.
Refund eligibility and processing times may depend on airline rules, provider terms, payment arrangements, and applicable law.
14. Airline Schedule ChangesAirlines may change:

LowFareMatch does not control airline operations or schedules.
After booking, monitor communications from your Travel Provider and airline and verify your flight information before departure.
15. BaggageBaggage allowances vary considerably by airline, route, cabin, and fare.
A low airfare does not necessarily include checked baggage.
Some fares may include only a personal item or limited cabin baggage.

16. Seats and Other Optional ServicesSeat selection, meals, priority boarding, lounge access, insurance, additional baggage, and other ancillary products may not be included in the displayed airfare.

17. Separate Tickets and Self-ConnectionsSome flight options may involve separate tickets, separate reservations, different airlines, or self-connections.
These arrangements may carry additional risks.
For example, if the first flight is delayed and causes you to miss a separately booked second flight, the second airline or provider may not be obligated to rebook you without additional cost.
Where an itinerary involves separate tickets or self-connections, carefully review the provider's information and allow sufficient connection time.
18. Passport, Visa and Entry RequirementsYou are responsible for ensuring that you meet all applicable travel requirements.
Depending on your itinerary, these may include:

19. Passenger InformationYou are responsible for entering accurate passenger information when booking with a Travel Provider.

LowFareMatch does not control an independent provider merely because that provider appears through our comparison platform.
The provider's appearance should not be interpreted as a guarantee of every aspect of its service.
21. Provider Websites and SecurityWhen you leave LowFareMatch, verify that you are on the website you intended to visit before entering personal or payment information.
LowFareMatch is not responsible for the independent security practices of third-party websites.
Never provide card information, passwords, or other sensitive credentials to a website you do not trust.

Consumer, travel, advertising, and contract laws vary between jurisdictions. Where mandatory applicable law provides rights or remedies that differ from this Disclaimer, those mandatory requirements continue to apply.
26. Worldwide UsersLowFareMatch may be accessed by travelers in different countries.
Travel-provider obligations and consumer protections can vary according to the provider, airline, itinerary, place of purchase, and applicable jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Disclaimer should be interpreted as removing statutory passenger or consumer rights available under applicable law.
27. Changes to This Booking DisclaimerWe may update this Booking Disclaimer as our services, provider relationships, technology, or applicable legal requirements change.
